With a patient-centered approach focused on quality, our journey began two years ago as Smart Health Digital App, and we have since evolved into a benchmark for healthcare for tourists.
Health innovation: the first step
From day one, Wosler has embraced the challenge of applying cutting-edge technology to the healthcare world. By creating solutions that directly address the challenges faced by healthcare transfer professionals, our goal has been to optimize resource management and usage within the health system. Thus, our first major breakthrough was the development of revolutionary software that enabled the digitalization and interoperability of medical records through a multi-platform application. This system aimed to allow healthcare professionals to create and exchange medical histories in just 30 seconds from any mobile device, significantly enhancing patient care.
Recognized by the Spanish Society of Emergency and Urgent Care Medicine (SEMES), our application has established itself as one of the best in its field, earning multiple awards for its innovative approach and utility in critical situations.
The evolution to Wosler
The success of our software motivated us to expand our horizons, leading to the birth of Wosler—a name that symbolizes our commitment to quality healthcare for tourists in Spain. We recognize the increasing impact of tourism on our healthcare system, and we have decided to take action to alleviate that burden. At Wosler, we offer quick and accessible medical care, focusing on the health and well-being of visitors and ensuring their experience in our country is both enriching and memorable.
Through our ongoing research, we realized that we could significantly improve the current healthcare situation in Spain by specializing in out-of-hospital care for tourists. Our studies led us to develop an innovative service that enhances both the healthcare experience and customer service, coordinating with the health and tourism sectors. We provide the ability to address mild medical cases, which are the most common issues affecting travelers, with available assistance from professionals (in both English and Spanish, with plans to expand into other languages). This way, our care is both high-quality and prompt, benefiting the public health system by reducing patient overload and adding value to associated tourist businesses (such as hotels, excursions, agencies, etc.) by offering the added benefit of health services.
